Catie is co-owner of Able with her husband, Greg, and acts as the cornerstone to our company. She has 20 years of customer service and administration and is Able's operating manager. Catie has her associate's degree in business management as well as a State of Virginia contractor license. Her greatest talents lie in problem-solving and multitasking in the workplace. Catie has worked alongside her husband, Greg, to build the company and provide the best quality service to our customers, while also providing a good work environment to Able employees. Catie isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty as she has assisted with installs, deliveries, building out the office and warehouse space, training employees, etc. Catie also has the role of mother and wife. She juggles three young boys and still finds time to invest in the community and her employees’ lives. She has worked hard to grow the company and truly lives by her personal motto: “I waited patiently for the Lord’s help; then He listened to me and heard my cry.” (Psalm 40:1).

“When we first called Able our entire heat pump system had completely shut down. We had called our usual repair people and were told they may not be able to come until the next day so we called Able and were told the same thing as it was very cold day and all the repair people were very busy. Amy took our call and she was very pleasant and patient to speak with. She even called us back a couple hours later to see if we had been able to get help. She seems to be very kind and caring and we thought it was very considerate of her to contact us back to see if we were OK. Our regular service people had managed to come and help and made repairs but later we experience more problems and when we contacted our regular service people again they did not know what the problem might be so we called Able again and this time spoke with Catie. Catie also very patiently listened to our problem and scheduled and appointed for a service repairman to visit. Seth came to evaluate the problem we were having with our heat pump system as scheduled. He is a very kind, knowledgeable, easy going person and patiently listened to us explain the problems we were having. Then he checked our system and pointed out and explained the problems and recommended solutions to us. We were very pleased with how everyone handled our concerns and have scheduled further contact with them to discuss a more permanent solution to our problem.
