“I called in a problem that my heat pump’s propane backup didn’t seem to be coming on even when in the 20s. Able set my up for tomorrow, but called and said a tech had an opening and could come over today! Very much appreciated! Seth arrived and got started on diagnosis while I went back to my business telecon. Seth figured out my gas value isn’t working correctly, and my blower is drawing too many amps and the parts are still under warranty. We are waiting parts and should be fixed soon. Great service.”

Amy (Customer Representative) is also to be commended for getting answers to questions and communicating. All efforts bring about a really great result leading to customer satisfaction and great products. We just added the Air Scrubber and EZ Trap Condensation Safety Device.”

“Arrived on time per scheduling (rescheduled from earlier time slot as company was stretched for repairs). Upon completion all available upgrades were explained. I asked if an invoice would be emailed and was informed yes it would be. I looked for communication regarding invoice that had pricing of upgrades but haven't received yet. Considering the Air Scrubber and System Water Filter but require pricing as quoted.”
