“As I read through the reviews, I can see why Destiny Smith gets so much positive feedback. She is warm, friendly, and patient. She explains everything, and her attention to detail is laudable. She was a pleasure to deal with, Able has a great asset in her.
So too is the case with Amy, in the office. We are in the midst of a sensitive situation (the unit being serviced is for a family member who recently passed. Amy listened to the situation and was both sympathetic and empathetic. She worked with me to get a time for maintenance that worked for me, and called me twice to confirm and to offer to move up the time (which I gladly accepted). She even called me by name, though I'm not even on the account.
If these folks are representative of your staff and colleagues, you are doing a great job of hiring the right folks.”
