“This is our first experience with Able Heating & Air but certainly not our last. We have a second rental home near Shenandoah National Park and the AC fan blower went out last week in the peak of the summer. Michael was promptly dispatched to our remote cabin, assessed the problem, and ordered the part. He came out the following day (again not a short drive) to install two temporary AC unions for us to use, free of charge, until our permanent repair could be made.
Everything about Able is professional. It is a well-run company, courtesies at every step, prompt, reliable, and trustworthy. What every service company should strive for. Simply the best.
We hope we won’t need Able in the future, but if something else breaks with our AC, heater, or hot water heater, Able will be the people we call.”
