You all had Eli come out to our house today. You all charged us $500 to find the problem with our A/c unit. Once the problem was found we wanted to have the repair done. Eli made it seem as though he was unwilling to extend his day in order to do this repair, which in my opinion is just poor customer service. I don’t know if Eli had happy hour plans or what but we have a 3 month old and we’re willing to pay did not haggle or anything. We always try to funnel our business to small businesses like yourself but this experience makes you question. Not only that we have been loyal customers of yours for 5 years, paid the monthly membership and everything. Again we have a 3 month old with old a/c and Eli showed zero care to try to help us today. Instead he wanted to get out of here as soon as possible and told it he may be able to get to it another time. I would hope for a call first thing in the morning to rectify this situation.
