From the time I contacted the company through the completion of the work I have been satisfied. I requested an appointment online and it was no time at all before I received a phone call to schedule the appointment. Amber was very courteous, thorough and professional each time I spoke with her. On the day of my appointment, Mike my service technician, called to let me know he was enroute. Upon his arrival he explained the work he would be doing that day and kept me updated. He found my unit was in good condition but offered suggestions on a few things as well as explaining the service contracts that were available.
