“Service Tech arrived at the end of the estimated time period. I suspect he was busy with other clients, No problem. Was surprised to learn that the humidifier has a canister with recommended annual replacement at a cost of $500 each. I was unaware of this requirement for the heat – A/C system. My after christmas budget was not prepared to replace the canister. Please advise customers of all upcoming cost for annual maintenance services. It would be helpful to budget for upcoming maintenance services. Please contact me to review any maintenance services previously purchased with the new installation.”
