“Mike was thorough in his inspection and diagnosis of why the gas furnace and fan had stopped working. He explained what parts were needed and answered all my questions very clearly and courteously.
Some parts needed to be ordered but I am hoping to be warm again once they are installed”

“Our furnace went out Thanksgiving night. We called Able the day after and they came right out, they were able to fix it temporarily but didn't know how long it would last. It went out again and a new furnace had to be installed. The technicians arrived yesterday and couldn't have been nicer. Everyone has been so nice to speak with and work with. They were respectful of our property, and very efficient. We were told to expect a day and half of installation, but it was done in 1 day by 3pm!
