“Our heat pump air handler started having trouble working, and totally stopped working yesterday. We were afraid that we had major repair issues. Matt Johnson, the Able Heating & Air service technician, came out and inspected our entire system. He got it working by cleaning the dehumidifier drain tube, showed me how to clean it, and explained how it could cause the air handler to stop working if it gets clogged up. He also showed me photos from inside the unit. It was very dirty. He said that it needed cleaning and that we may want to consider having it done in the near future. I asked him to please do it today, which he did. Matt did a great job, was very courteous, and answered all of my questions. I was going to clean-up around the air handler after he left, but he cleaned it all up himself. The house has already cooled back down.”

“We were having issues with our AC so we reached to several AC professionals in the area. First was a Dynamic heating an Air (do not contact do not use ever in my opinion), Second was Able heating and air, and third I.C.E Heating and cooling. Vendors two and three were highly competitive and professional and you couldn’t go wrong with either one. We chose Able even though they were higher in price than the competition. Our choice was made in part to Neils candor, the way he interacted with my wife directly, and not only saying there was an issue but providing facts and detailed pics. The first vendor flat out lied and I have the pics to prove it. Neil was able to do an emergency temp repair (at no additional cost) while we shopped around for additional quotes. In this day and age how a company treats your family when your not there is important. But wait (like the infomercials) there is more. The techs who performed the install were top notch, kept me informed of their progress, cleaned up after themselves, and pointed out some critical plumbing issue. My washer was draining to ground in my crawlspace. I am never under the house so I doubt I would have ever caught these critical issues. So yes I paid more but I am extremely happy all the way around, There is a lot of information out there and it is easy to get overloaded with details Able Heating and Air made it a painless replacement with a Trane unit.”
