“I called to request service to repair/inspect a hybrid furnace as it was not heating. I also had a tankless water heater that was not heating. I called and was immediately greeted by a very helpful person and she set up an appointment.
Mike S. Was the technician. He was very prompt, very knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed to issue to be low gas pressure (propane) and helped further diagnose the issue to be a faulty regulator. The issued will be addressed by my propane provider.
I was very pleased with the excellent service and response by Mike S. and Able Heating. I will not hesitate to utilize their service again.

“Our basement furnace stopped working on the coldest day of the season. We had our oldest son and his wife and 7 kids coming in from Wisconsin today to stay with us. The coordinator for Able made several calls and explained our situation and was able to get the technician over the same day to fix the problem. Cannot recommend Able Heating highly enough. Love these guys!”

“The Able team is always great and today (Saturday Dec 28) they were especially helpful. There was a power outage & we were told it would take a while to fix. And our backup generator wouldn’t start. We have houseguests, including a child, & without power we wouldn’t have water, heat or wifi. Since our area doesn’t have cell service, our guests couldn’t use their phones. I called Able and they sent Brian over immediately and he was reassuring, kind and responsive. Although nearby services were closed, he found a place to buy the battery we needed. Once again the Able team saved the day!”
