“On a vey busy day Greg came to our rescue. The evening before our Trane HVAC had proceeded to increase the level of heat to 82 degrees and was still rising. I went to the thermostat with its instruction booklet and with very limited tech knowledge was able to get the temp to a more moderate degree. Called Able and they responded later this morning when all technicians were very busy. The response was above and beyond a normal expected response. We recalled a problem earlier in which a "sham"
E-Mail had caused Comcast to change our internet info. That may have caused our problem..
At any rate, Able took care of the problem in record time. I have always found this company to be very reliable and they have always met our needs.”
