“The office called the day before to confirm the appointment. Mike was on time. We reviewed the history of the units and surveyed the areas he would be working in. He went to work and was kind and considerate at all times. Upon completion of the maintenance of the three units, he shared pictures showing us what work he had done and pointed out areas of concern. We also reviewed some the measurements/readings he obtained from the units. He identified several concerns and provided costs to address each. We formulated a plan to address some of the concerns and to keep an eye on others. Although we did discuss a new unit's cost relative to the anticipated repair costs, there was at no time high pressure sales to buy a whole new unit. Overall, I'm really pleased with the services provided.”
