“Today was my first experience using Able Heating & Air, and I could not have asked for better service. They were highly recommended by Culpeper Home Services. When I called to tell them about my clogged condensate line, a professional and polite young lady named Emma answered the phone. She had all of the answers to my questions, and asked me when the best time would be for them to come out and take a look.
She emailed me to confirm my appointment, and also again the day before to remind me. Not only that, they also sent me an email 30 minutes before appt. Time that included a name picture of my technician and a little bit about him.
Michael arrived on time as scheduled and was also professional and polite, very personable. He understood what I needed and also recommended a few other services that should be done as well.
I am extremely satisfied, and will definitely be using Able Heating and Air from here on out.”
