“The crew was on time both days. They kept us abreast of what would happen and when each phase was complete. They were friendly and professional. The project was completed on time and we never experienced a lack of heat during the entire install. The quality of their work was top notch and the area was left extremely clean. There was a follow up visit two weeks later as promised and Mike Moore made a few adjustments to some issues that had arisen at that time. The new system is now running perfectly. We could not have asked for a better experience.”

“Able Heating & Air/Mike Sidle installed a whole-house humidifier at my residence yesterday. From beginning to end the job was performed professionally and to my complete satisfaction. Mike arrived on time and really appreciated that when I answered the door he had his covid mask and shoe slippers on. He discussed with me what he was going to do and answered all my questions. The installation took about three hours and involved electrical and plumbing work. When finished, Mike explained the system and again answered all my questions. Have also received by email all related documents related to the performed work. Mike was most professional and friendly and am thoroughly enjoying my whole house humidifier. But I’ve been with Able Heating for several years, they always do an excellent job so not surprised that Mike Sidle did such a good job.”

“Able never lets me down and honestly in todays world, it’s almost alot to expect common courtesy, much less excellent service. I always have a great experience with all the staff from reception, to dispatch to service provided. Over the years receiving service, I’ve had to replace my AC, furnace and water heater in my 20+ year old home. I’ve had many poor experiences with in home repair companies trying to take advantage of what I may or may not know but I really trust Able to take care of my needs and respond quickly. Their premium service plan for maintenance and service is well worth it and can’t be beat. They are the best!”
