Their attention to detail was evident, no corners were cut. When Greg came to do our estimate he took note that the access panel to our attic was broken. When the job was done he dropped off a new insulated panel, freshly painted to match our ceiling. I highly recommend Able to anyone needing heating and air service.”

“Michael Moore — the sublime ace technician from Able Heating & Air deserves to be canned. Yes, canned.

The affable, amiable, highly personable Mr. Moore once, again, demonstrated his aplomb skills in circumventing our antiquated, but staunch furnace and effectively translating his check-up results clearly and precisely to a pair of neophyte customers!

The wizard of all-that-is-heating-and-cooling proved that he is more than Able-bodied for any task — he is our unequivocal champion of keeping our home comfortable and safe through all seasons.

Point in case: the aforementioned nearly-octogenarian heating system is electronically managed by a fuse box. (Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus and fuse boxes in some homes!). Mr. Moore warned — but not in an , apocalyptic, end-of-times way — of potential dangers of a fuse box-controlled furnace, i.e., home fire. Such revelation did not fall idle on his receptive audience!

We wish to extend our deepest and most profound appreciation to Culpeper’s Able office for employing a Cracker Jack crew, stellar in every way. Your customer service and staff are second-to-none.

If we had our way, we’d can you all!
