After his maintenance inspection, Bo reported his findings to me and we discussed his work for a few minutes. Again, utterly professional, and he answered all of my questions. He assured me that he will make sure another semi-annual inspection is set up.”

“I cannot make enough positive comment about our experience with Able. From the first phone call made, to the first visit here, to the return visit for the extra attention needed, our entire experience has been top-notch. We had just had a maintenance check on our heating system by another company, yet the system shut down during the recent extreme cold snap and left us with no heat. We suffered thru as Greg checked us out, ordered needed parts, etc, and as quickly as possible got us back up and running. Greg could not have been more friendly and professional, not to mention efficient in his job. There is no question we will use him exclusively as well as highly recommend him to all we know. “We had a Saturday emergency with a wet basement resulting from an old hot water heater. Greg got here right after another job and assessed the situation. We went over options for a new heater and one will be here shortly. We’ve used Able Heating for new air and furnace systems, too, and are totally impressed with their service and attention.”
“The Able team has been a true blessing for our boiler replacement. From the initial meeting, I felt comfortable in trusting them to get the job done and done right. Taking measurements and doing the heat ratio calculations, wearing shoe covers, and offering several options of solutions was a sure sign of that. We had our old oil boiler (1985) removed and a new efficient gas furnace installed to provide our hot water and heat. The job was completed on time, looks beautiful, and works wonderfully. I was able to get the financing option as well which really took care of the financial concerns. I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire group, including the owner, Greg, in taking the time and care to ensure our complete satisfaction. We were also provided with portable heaters while the work was getting done. I would highly recommend Able for your heating and air conditioning needs. “

The communication chain is incredible – reminders of appointments the day before and providing updates as to the arrival and name of tech the day of appointment.
