“There are many companies in the HVAC industry to choose from to service your equipment, but I chose Able Heating & Air because they service my church and upon a recommendation I received from a friend. From the time I contacted the company through the completion of the work I have been satisfied. I requested an appointment online and it was no time at all before I received a phone call to schedule the appointment. Amber was very courteous, thorough and professional each time I spoke with her. On the day of my appointment, Mike my service technician, called to let me know he was enroute. Upon his arrival he explained the work he would be doing that day and kept me updated. He found my unit was in good condition but offered suggestions on a few things as well as explaining the service contracts that were available. “A company is only as good as the employees representing it. Yours are the best. I am so impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, and positive attitude. They have been on the job since 8:30 this morning, spending a lot of the day working in a dirty hot crawl space without complaint. I don’t think they even took a lunch break.
